LUMEN is the memory, identity and judgment system I built around frontier models. It has been part of how I work every day since April 2025.

Models forget between sessions. LUMEN does not. It carries what was decided and why, who was in the room, what was promised and what is still open. And it holds the values that govern how it answers.

It is not a product. The architecture stays private. By invitation.
